Review - Google Glass

A revolutionary step taken by Google, which has not only shown the technological advancement is at its best, but also a reason why people can work with ease. The google glass, a frame with capabilities, which cannot be matched today. 

The google glass has got google among the stars. Personally, I think that the google glass can Do wonders. I find the idea very innovative, and this is good that Google is being innovative, something which will do them wonders, and give us good products. 

The google glass, consisting of a plastic - metallic frame is designed to sit in the position of a spectacle. The frame is equipped with a glass box with a projector, on the right side of the glass, which makes a projection in front of your eye. This may sound a little eye - straining to some people, but all google developers say that it is safe and there is minimal eye strain. That's reassuring.

The google glass has been installed with all the google apps(maps, google+, gmail). This, and also a strong camera, which enables to take pictures without the use of hands, which is a good thing. Applications and software like these help in using these same applications, in the same way instead of using big phones and giant tablets.  Tasks like walking navigation and on-spot pictures are much more easy to do with the glass. The glass also has it's own operating system called the glassOS which gives it the certain type of compatibility and easy to use functions. The voice function which enables the user to run applications is also easier. 

Though the glass has a vast list of features and will continue to have good features, there are a number of drawbacks to this technical frame. 

Not many problems can be found out, but basically the problem stands in charging it. Developers say that the google glass takes a lot of time to charge and drains fast. This is also a problem with android phones, but now we are talking about the glass. They also say that the glass will take no time to drain out battery. This leads to a major drawback and can lead to failure of the product. 

 

Summing up with all the advantages, specs and disadvantages of the glass, my recommendation will be to go for it whenever this releases. 

The glass also reminds me somewhat of iron man, Tony Stark's suit helmet which has all the projections floating up on air. Just think as if this is a very similar experience.
